The Justice vs. War Schism

This is going to cause problems.

The biggest paradigm difference between myself and my (Left*) friends on this issue is that they are certain we should be dealing with terrorists as criminals.

That logic is the foundation of my friend's belief in:

• Guantanemo's closure
• Bush's impeachment
• Illegal war
• Wiretapping of foreigners is unnecessary
• Rendition
• "Torture"

But if Holder believes we're at war; it follows that he believes we must behave as if we're at war.

And that is going to cause enormous problems.
