Today's Workout

Grease-the-Groove (GTG)

Six sets throughout day of:
One arm pushups
Pistols
Planks
55lb curls x 5 each

GTG days are fun, relaxing, and renewing...
Tomorrow, I think Martone's H2H kettlebells, Maxwell's Recharge, and wooden dummy practice.
