  • Pullups w/ 24kg, Presses 32kg / 1 - 2 - 3 - 2 - 1 - 2 - 1 - 1

French Press / Curls 45lbs Superset w/ Gravity boot crunches
  • 10/5 - 5 - 10/5 - 5 - 10/5 - 5
  • 5 - 7 - 6
