Today's Workout

Very nearly a repeat of yesterday's... the workout so nice, I did it twice?

  • Martone's H2H Circuits 1-10 (details)
  • Planks:
    • 20 sec RT: 10 sec rest
    • 20 sec LT: 10 sec rest
    • 20 sec FWD: 10 sec rest
